MAKING AN ABACUS

An Abacus activity was conducted for students of class I on Friday, 6^th of September 2019.  The children used play dough, kulfi sticks and polomints to make the abacus. This fun-filled activity helped the children understand the concept of Tens and Ones. It improved their visual memory, logical thinking and concentration. They learnt to calculate faster through this age old calculation tool.
