AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS

It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice,

and most of all, love for what you are doing.

The school has a system of awards and recognitions to felicitate the achievers. Badges will be given to students for different levels of achievement. It would be a clear testimony to the students’ level of achievement and academic excellence. The student will be awarded the Gold Medal after receiving the Scholar Badge for 7 consecutive years.

Kindly note the criteria based on which the Scholar Badges will be awarded to students.

CRITERIA FOR SCHOLAR BADGE

The scholar badge awarded to Class XI students would be based on the result of Class X released by CBSE for the 1^st (Main) Board Examination and will also be awarded to the students who meet the criteria after appearing for the Improvement / 2^nd Board Examination. Kindly note that the scholar badge awarded will be based on the result of the FIVE main subjects.

Note: A student will not be eligible for a Scholar Badge if, in the academic year:

1. The student has been found guilty of gross misconduct and has been issued two or more yellow cards.
2. The student has been suspended from school for any period of time for any act of indiscipline.
3. The student has been found guilty of being involved in any defamatory activity against the school.
4. In case of any dues that are pending with the school Accounts Office, as per the school fee structure.
5. No scholar badge certificate would be awarded to a student who does not appear for the Half Yearly / Final Examination.
6. All awards are conferred at the discretion of the Principal/School Management.

If a scholar badge is lost, a payment of Rs 500 will be made to get a new one.

Proficiency Award and Scholarship Award

It is our pleasure to inform you that from the session 2022-23 onwards, the school has decided to honour and recognise the efforts of the meritorious and outstanding academic achievers by felicitating them with Special Proficiency and Scholarship Awards.

Following are the Special awards and Scholarships for the session 2026-27 based on the performance of last Academic Session (2025-26).

• Subject wise Topper of all classes from class III to class IX will be awarded Certificate of Excellence in the particular subject.
• Class wise Topper (of all sections) from class III to class IX will be awarded Class Topper Certificates.

NOTE: No certificate will be awarded to a student who is exempted in any subject.

• The All India Topper of Class X Board Examination (Scoring 100% in five main subjects) will be given 100% waiver in their Annual school fee of Class XI and Class XII.
• Students scoring 98% and above in five main subjects in Class X Board Examinations will be given 25% waiver in their Annual school fee of Class XI.
• The fee waiver would be based on the result of class X released by CBSE for the 1^st (Main) Board Examination only.
• Students eligible for fee waiver must apply within 30 days from the date of declaration of the result of Class X by CBSE for the 1^st (Main) Board Examination.
• No application or request of fee waiver would be accepted beyond the said date.

Sports Scholarships

Taking part in sports is important for children as it reduces stress, increases fitness of body & mind, fosters sportsmanship, instills discipline, boosts self confidence and encourages collaborative work and cooperation. The students of the school have made us proud, time and again by bagging laurels in numerous Sporting events at the International, National and State Levels. In order to encourage our Sports-stars further and motivate them to scale new heights, the School has decided to offer Sports Scholarships to the young sports achievers from the Session 2022-23 onwards.

FOR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVERS IN GAMES AND SPORTS

List of Games & Sports for which incentives are to be granted:

Note:- These Scholarships are valid for a period of one academic year only. A student will not be eligible for the Proficiency Award, Scholarship Award & Sports Scholarships if, in the academic year:

• The student has been found guilty of gross misconduct and has been issued two or more yellow cards.
• The student has been suspended from school for any period of time.
• The student has been found guilty of being involved in any defamatory activity against the school or in an act bringing disgrace to the school.
• There are any dues that are pending with the school Accounts Office, as per the fee structure.

Note:-

1. The review year for the sports scholarship will be on the basis of previous year’s performance. Sports Scholarships for the session 2026-27 will be based on the result of session 2025-26. However, the school must receive the application for sports scholarship between 1^st April & 15^th April 2026 for it to be applicable in the 2026-27 session.
2. The Management reserves the right to grant/withdraw/withhold/stop the scholarship/fee waiver of any student at any given point of time.
