The Pre-primary section of DPS Indirapuram celebrated Ganeshotsav on 2^nd September 2019 with grandeur and gaiety. The day commenced with a melodious invocation of the Ganesh Vandana. Children offered prayers to Lord Ganesha. On this auspicious day, teachers taught the children how to make colourful Rangoli with flowers. Furthermore to sensitize children towards environment, teachers helped the little ones to make an eco-friendly Seed Ganesha with clay  that transformed into plant on pouring water, a symbolic immersion, which they gladly took back home. The children also made beautiful Ganesh Chaturthi cards. Stories related to Lord Ganesha were shown to children on the smart board which taught them the significance of this festival. Modak distributed at the end of the day as Prasad was greatly relished by the children.
