Delhi Public School Indirapuram bid a fond farewell to the students of Class XII on 1^st February, 2019. The occasion was graced by the school Principal Mrs. Meeta Rai, and other esteemed guests present were, Mrs. Seema Kaur, Principal Pacific World School, Mrs. Pallavi Upadhyay, Principal, DPS RN Extension and Dr. Nishita Rai.

The school Principal Mrs. Meeta Rai extended a warm welcome to the honored guests and outgoing class of 2018-19. Applauding the batch for their enthusiastic participation in various events and their sincere devotion to the school over the years, she wished them luck for their future endeavors.

On this momentous occasion, the melodious rendition of evergreen Bollywood hits by the school band deeply touched the hearts of all. A dance drama hit the nostalgic chords of everyone’s heart by showcasing the fun filled, carefree years of school life. It was then time for the most awaited event of the day- the ramp walk by the stunning and radiant boys and girls.

The ‘Best Dressed Boy’ & ‘Best Dressed Girl’ were given to Hasan Jafri and Nishtha Vohra respectively. Special Prizes were given to 35 students for their outstanding talents and achievements.

The ‘Best All Rounder Award’ was bagged by Dhanush Pathania, Shresth Goel, Manik Dua, Pratishtha Shukla, Jasjeev Singh Sahni, Aayushi Saxena, Nishtha Vohra and Shresth Kumar Singh. The title ‘Mr. DPS Indirapuram’ was awarded to Aditya Shankar Garg, while Anika Natani was the proud recipient of ‘Ms. DPS Indirapuram’. The valedictory function was followed by the cake cutting ceremony and celebratory dances. Many were seen clicking pictures with friends and teachers – capturing memories of school forever. Thus ended a beautiful evening marked with both happiness and fond memories.
