TEACHER’S DAY SPECIAL ASSEMBLY 2019

Teachers play the most definitive role in shaping the life of students. As a mark of reverence and gratitude for their selfless endeavors, a special Assembly was held on Thursday, 5^th September 2019 in the Primary Wing of DPS, Indirapuram.

The school Principal Mrs. Sangeeta Hajela and Vice Principal Mrs. Priya John graced the occasion much to the joy of all the teachers as well as the children.

The special assembly commenced with mellifluous songs by the school choir. The melodious songs “School ke ye din” and “Mere pyare teacher ho tumhi” were a befitting tribute to the ever striving teaching fraternity. The solo song presented by another very young talented student acknowledged the role of teachers as their guiding lights in the pursuit of excellence. Adding to the gaiety of the day was the dance troupe with a wonderfully choreographed dance medley that delighted the audience.

The show concluded with the address by the school Principal. She showered blessings on the children and applauded the teachers for their hard work and dedication. She urged all teachers to always infuse their teaching with passion and inculcate in children values and ethics that will make the young Dipsites worthy citizens of a better tomorrow.
