Service Before Self : The Delhi Public School Society, over the years has come to symbolize the truest spirit of dedication to the task of maintaining a standard of education, which can be stated as second to none.

We have inherited our strong foundation build on values, traditions and relationship from the Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi.

The Delhi Public School Society (DPSS) was born in 1947 by men who dared to dream the seemingly impossible dream that in a nation newly born, quality education will be made available to children in every part of India in the remotest, most inaccessible corner of the vast country at an affordable cost. The fulfillment of this dream was a family of over 100 schools in India and abroad with a unique and international appeal.

DPSS is a non profit, non-proprietary, unaided society which aims at the complete personality development in its schools. The products should be successful individuals, responsible social beings and responsive citizens of the world.

The Education Management Center aims at `Educational Equity and Excellence in Expansion'. The idea behind its establishment is helpful interaction amongst member schools and to make teaching and learning a more involving and stimulating activity.

Awareness, understanding, involvement, participation and contribution-these are ways in which DPSS means to involve students by setting up the Environment Education Council for children. Wherever something needs to be done on any environment issue you will find DPS students with their minds responsive and sleeves folded.
