Deposition of Fee is Mandatory by submitting PDC's
The complete academic year’s fees to be deposited by submitting four quarterly Post Dated Cheques (PDC’s) at the Accounts Office as per the details mentioned below:-
Annual Fee (Not applicable for New Admission for the session 2010-11) + Tuition Fee+ Computer Fee(Nursery to IX) + Transport Fee= 4PDC’s

 

First Installment (1qtr):

Amount as applicable dated 08/04/10

Nursery – Prep :

Rs. 22650 * + transport charges (as applicable)

 

(* Rs. 13550 for annual charges +
8000 for tui tion fee + 1100 computer fee)

Class I – IX:

Rs. 20550 * + transport charges (as applicable)

(* Rs. 11450 for annual charges +
8000 for tuition fee + 1100 computer fee)

Class X

Rs. 19450 * + transport charges (as applicable)

(* Rs. 11450 for annual charges +
8000 for tuition fee )

Class XI & XII

Rs. 19450 * + transport charges (as applicable) + Lab Charges (as applicable)

(* Rs. 11450 for annual charges +
8000 for tuition fee )


*Annual Charges will not be applicable in the 1st installment for New Admissions in session 2010-2011, since they'll pay at the time of admissions.

The remaining amount to be paid in three equal installments.

COMPUTER FEE NOT APPLICABLE FOR CLASS Xth

 

Second Installment (2qtr):

Amount as applicable dated 08/07/10

Nursery – IX :

Rs.8000 + 1100 + transport charges (as applicable)

Class X:

Rs.8000 + transport charges (as applicable)

Class XI &XII:

Rs.8000 + transport charges (as applicable) + Lab Charges (as applicable)

 

Third Installment (3qtr):

Amount as applicable dated 08/10/10

Nursery – IX :

Rs.8000 + 1100 + transport charges (as applicable)

Class X:

Rs.8000 + transport charges (as applicable)

Class XI &XII:

Rs.8000 + transport charges (as applicable) + Lab Charges (as applicable)

 

Fourth Installment (4qtr):

Amount as applicable dated 08/01/11

Nursery – IX :

Rs.8000 + 1100 + transport charges (as applicable)

Class X:

Rs.8000 + transport charges (as applicable)

Class XI &XII:

Rs.8000 + transport charges (as applicable) + Lab Charges (as applicable)
  • Payment should be made either through Bank Draft or Cheque in favour of 'Delhi Public School Indirapuram' Ghaziabad.
  • No cash will be accepted..
  • Late fees will be paid with a fine of Rs. 10/ - per day.
  • In case the cheque is not honoured, a service charge of Rs. 200/- will be imposed.
  • Fee booklet will be issued in April, 2010.
  • If fees is not deposited within 30 days of the stipulated date, the child’s name will be struck off from the rolls.
  • Parents desirous of paying the whole year’s fee can do so.
  • Parents may contact the following for queries :
    • Fees         - Mr. Sanjay and Mrs. Chitra -   2.00 pm to 3.00 pm
    • Transport - Transport Incharge - 2:.00 pm to 3:00 pm
